Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Nose: clove and baking spices and then a hint of banana Palate: strong herbal notes, not much else that stands out Finish: goes down with a little warmer Kentucky hug than expected - medium to long finish Reminds me a little bit of Willett Pot Still, which is not a good thing. Great price, but had higher hopes for this one.

All around solid. Nose: spice, dusty oak, more of a burnt caramel Taste: initially sweet and dark fruit, turns dry and nutty Finishes with a dry sweetness, toasted oak. No spiky edges on this bourbon. Overall good and good value

Vanilla and a bit nutty with some subtle spice on the finish. Can’t beat it at this price.
