Reviewed October 9, 2022I agree! This one's a gem. High proof with a clean spicy, vanilla taste. The finish goes on and on. A high rated bourbon.Oregon Liquor Store #1238 -

Reviewed May 13, 2022Brown sugar undertone nose with Oregon oak overtone. Oak remains dominant in the palette with apricot lead, spicy overtones go to finish with honey. This is probably a best kept secret and would be near perfection if it was aged two more years. Don’t tell anyone.70.0 USD per BottleMcMinnville North Liquor -

Reviewed July 10, 2021Caramel and pepper. Lasts a long time. Nearly a rye. This and the non-cask strength I find similar to Rittenhouse rye. Very good. -

Reviewed June 22, 2020Brown sugar, caramel and oak on the nose and palate. Not as sweet as it smells on the palate. Also get white pepper, slightly savory, herbal, oak shines throughout. I swear I get a little briny celery. Oily mouth feel, medium finish. Enjoyed it.
