One of my few experiences with single malt. Sweet, honey nut cereal. Ground espresso mid-pallet, yeasty med-long finish.

Complex. Rye spice, pepper, toffee, vanilla. Med-full body. Pleasant and enjoy it. A New Year purchse; pricey and I don’t think I’d buy another.

Smoke, peat, pungent, pear.

Well balanced. Light smoke,peat, light fruit (apricot, apple), vanilla, oak. Note to self: buy a bottle.

Caramel, toffee on the nose and palate. Also chocolate covered cherries. Vanilla. Vinous. 👍🏼

Baking spice and I get sugary raisins and I think rye on the nose. Comes through on pallet as well. Also pear, earthyness,

Store pick. Neck pour. Strong alcohol on the nose with honey pear. After a half teaspoon of water, caramel in addition to honey, pear on the nose. Caramel, dry oak, vanilla, honey pear on palate. Cinammon, clove, white pepper. Hot and tingly on palate. I get more spice and heat in the mouth, not in my chest. Med-long finish. Without water, alcohol is dominant.
