The agaves are steamed for 16 hours in an autoclave oven and then crushed in a mill.
Exotico Tequila Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are steamed for 16 hours in an autoclave oven and then crushed in a mill. After fermentation with their proprietary yeast strain, it is distilled twice in a copper pot-still.

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

Tasting Notes
"Sweet, fresh hay, a zing of white pepper, a nip of jalapeño...it's all light and pretty on the nose. On the palate, there's some pear-like fruitiness accented with more white pepper for a pleasant burn. The finish is short and hot yet not without a redeeming air of sweetness."
