Ezra Brooks 90 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Makes for a great old fashioned

It's okay neat, better with a drop of water, it actually tastes pretty good with ice. Until you get to the finish. At that point it all comes apart.

Very sweet. Lingers a while which is good. Oaky notes.

Blind taste test - bought 50 mL bottles at Total Wine in Grand Rapids with Kyle. Smells almost exactly like blade and bow. Caramel and peppery with dried fruits. Upon reveal was very pleasantly surprised! Sweet fruits, dark chocolate and vanilla come through. Fantastic low-cost surrogate for Blade and Bow. Just a small gap in flavor (tastes goooood, gap, and then nice finish)
