Ezra Brooks 90 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I gotta admit - for like an $18 bottle this is pretty impressive. I wouldn't pick it out to enjoy a bottle of it neat or on the rocks, but it was a pleasant sampling experience. This would be a fantastic bottle for making cocktails.

Light and sweet. Spicy corn on the nose. Decent but not terribly complex. The charcoal comes late in the finish and adds a slight bitterness.
