Mirabelle is made from small, sweet yellow plums from the Lorraine. It is double-distilled in copper pot-stills and then rested in steel tanks for two to five years before bottling.

Tasting Notes

"Mirabelle is fragrant and perfumed with fruit and floral notes. The plum flavor is a bit delicate compared to some of F. Meyer's other distillates, getting somewhat covered up under the heat of alcohol. It's a very nice eau-de-vie nonetheless, worthy of sipping neat."
