Far North Minnesota Rye Whiskey Cognac Cask Finish

Sweet sugar with some floral and mint notes.

Far north is one of the best small distilleries in America. Gin, rum, whiskey and in particular for this review- Minnesota Rye - all are tip f’n top. Smokey, caramel, with the right rye bite but not medicinal like I find some of the more “popular” ryes on here. If you can find it, give it a shot. No regrets.
