Aged-One
Reviewed June 28, 2026Buttercream pears, Good n Plenty candies, Lemon rind, and pound cake nose. Creamy feel. A touch of industrial. Prickly pear, cashew butter, and faint oak. Medium light finish with ale yeast, but the mouthfeel is what lingers. Water brings out the dryness in the finish. The industrial note is my favorite from the distillery character. Independent bottles at younger age seem to bring more of it. However, this is a quality pour that is priced well.80.0 USD per Bottle
