This first ever Bottled-in-Bond style from FEW Spirits is a four-year-old bourbon produced in accordance with the standards of the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897. The product is intended as both a celebration of the brand’s 10th anniversary and a lead up to the 125th anniversary of the passage of the Bottled In Bond Act. It is is made from 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley.
Adhering to BIB standards, it is aged in Minnesota oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 100 proof. As of November, 2021, the product will initially be limited to 2000 cases, released in select markets in NY, IL, CA, FL, CO, and through a direct-to-consumer channel, with plans for more availability in 2022 and beyond. .

Tasting Notes
"The nose is laden with peanut brittle as well as peanut butter fudge, and also offers vanilla extract, rye spice, and barrel char. There's a touch of heat upfront on the palate, with notes of cassia bark, ginger, and allspice, as well as chocolate syrup, leather, oak, and pistachio shells. The nuttiness continues on a pleasant finish, with handfuls of trail mix stuffed with cashews and chocolate chips, as well as spearmint and white pepper."
