Reviewed December 1, 20242018 Release It is a rich Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Illinois crafted with a mash bill of corn, northern rye & a touch of malt aged for a minimum of 2 years in chard oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life added notes of sweet corn, led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak & rye spice.
