Fidencio Clásico Mezcal

Smooth & Smokey. Would go great w/tequila in mixed drinks. I had it in a flight and it was my least favorite but also the highest ABV. Having it with water may have helped.

This reminds me of the homemade Bacanora my neighbors used to bring back in old water bottles. I mean that in the best way! It’s unbelievably smooth, earthy, and slightly smoky. It always reminds me of how the ground smells after a fresh rain. Truly delicious. I prefer this neat. I made a Paloma with it, but wasn’t feeling it. Highly recommended!

Smells like Irish peat. Roasted corn, sweet, smoky.
