"Once you get past the prickly-feeling from the alcohol on your nose, you will find a deep maple and vanilla aroma. There's a bit of wax and dried herbs as well. The spice and smoke pick up pace on the palate with more sweet vanilla and barrel spices, particularly cinnamon and black pepper."
