Fistful of Bourbon

Nose is predominately grain alcohol with a little fruity sweetness at the tail end of a deep sniff. Spicy cinnamon is the main tasting note with some minty brightness in the finish that ends cleanly

The nose is pungent, smelling mostly of pure alcohol with a hint of underlying honey. The palette starts out rather sweet on the tip of the tongue, but gives way to strong wheat flavors as it moves back through the mouth. The finish is very smooth and mild, with just a bit of charcoal.

Carmel, vanilla, light burn

Oaky, spicy, good body, well balanced. Nice bite for 90 proof

Some alcohol burn with not enough barrel or sweetness to balance it out. Not bad, but not good.
