Fistful of Bourbon

Nice bourbon with smells of burnt wood, citrus, allspice, light mint, floral with touches of caramel. The taste is a punchy spicy heat that's followed by heavy oak, licorice, cinnamon but the finish is medium. If the finish was as strong as the initial taste I would rate it higher. Great for the price.

Initially, peach on the nose. Replaced quickly by oak, vanilla, & smoke. First sip was ginger on the front of the palate and all burn on the back while making its way down. The next few sips were very nutty and a little bit of spice(pepper). An interesting bourbon overall but I think it falls more into a category of fun to try rather than a staple to keep on hand.

First sniff has notes of vanilla and light spice. First taste has notes vanilla and light fruit notes of cherry and fig with a spicy grain finish.
