RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Vanilla and spearmint lead on the nose, along with cloves, cinnamon, and sour cherries. The palate starts dry, with cedar, rye spice, and barrel char, and also offers expressed orange peel, brown sugar, burnt toasted, and spent coffee grounds. The finish turns richer, with chocolate syrup, caramel, and corn bread, as well as black pepper. A balanced rye that bourbon drinkers would appreciate as opposed to the 95% ryes so prevalent on the market."
