Reviewed August 25, 2020 (edited August 26, 2020)Quirky independent light whiskey blend matured in bourbon & oloroso barrels. Hints of citrus/dried fruits which is quite mellow and a pleasant but little too short a finish. Very light burn, not overpowering, I tried it neat but possibly would benefit from a drop of water next time round. Pretty unique scent reminds me of sour cream and chive! A little pricey but as an indie I let them away with it. Aesthetically it has a nice quirky design which is a departure from the typical Irish Whiskey style and a bottle more similar to Japanese styles with individually inscribed batch numbering on each bottle & tube. Probably sounds stupid but the purist in me would like to see a cork rather than a screw cap. I think this is only available in Ireland, well worth checking out if you can. Possibly 3.5 star review but I'm feeling generous and have a soft spot for the indie bottlers. Two more releases to come in the future which I shall be checking out.56.0 EUR per Bottle
