Crafted by master distiller Brent Elliott, the Kentucky straight bourbon is made from bourbons aged 12-25 years with varying mash bills and yeast recipes including: a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old OESV recipe; a 14- year-old OESK recipe; and a 25-year-old OBSV recipe.

Tasting Notes
"Vanilla bean and crème brûlée lead on the nose, along with candied apples and honey roasted peanuts. The palate is rich, featuring gooey caramel, spicy oak, spearmint, orange peels, sour cherries and saltwater taffy. A sumptuous dram finishes with a big flourish, offering leather, barrel char, cinnamon, and dark chocolate syrup."
