A very solid bourbon
On the nose the high rye mashbill makes itself know with a larger presence of baking spices, but i get underlying notes of things like apple.
On the palate the flavors become a very nice blend of apple, cinnamon, and other baking spices. The rye flavor is also there but not overwhelming. The more traditional bourbon flavors like oak and vanilla are there almost in a supporting role.
Finish is medium long and pleasant. Reminds me the most of a fall pie filling, sweet and spicy.
