Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon

Nose of vanilla and caramel Palate of sweet vanilla cream short bread cookie and faint berry Finish of oak tannin and a bit of clove Right over home plate classic bourbon pour

Bold taste and smell, but smooth. Sweet brown sugar and maple syrup on the nose. Vanilla initially on the pallette, with a long finish of oak and slight smoke.

N: soft, chewy caramels, sweet milk chocolate, mint, oak, citrus (particularly lemon) zest, black tea leaves/ earthiness P: nothing immediately jumps out, other than the rye spice; sort of an amalgamation of the nose; very floral and minty with some of the milk chocolate and chewy caramel sweetness intertwined F: milk chocolate, mint, tea leaf/ oak Definitely one to always have on hand.

Really good. Won’t ever pass up. Bottle.
