Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon

Mild bourbon compare to their counterparts. Smell of apples, honey / marmalade and corn flavour ice cream. Taste sweet and mild, with hint of honey / marmalade. Slightly spicy. I will say a good mild bourbon for beginners.

Not bad flavor profile but obviously a little too light at 80 proof

A great bourbon. Better than other distilleries entry level bourbons. Easy on the pocketbook.
