Tasting Notes
"Sharp elements of black pepper, lime peel, grapefruit and licorice tickle the nose and palate up front, with traces of pinecone and wintergreen mint. It's a rather viscous gin, much like a strong Old Tom, and there's a fair amount of heat, stopping just shy of the marker where it tastes a bit overwhelming. It definitely passes the Negroni and G n T test, but perhaps split this with a lower ABV gin for a Martini, especially more than one is in the cards. "
