Frerot Cognac XO Assemblage de Crus

A rich, Cognac XO co-created by hundreds of Flaviar members through a crowd tasting, blended from several batches of very old Eaux-de-vie originating from all 6 Cognac regions (Crus): an "Assemblage de Crus. Aged in in French oak barrels between 20 to 35 Years. It has a delicate birth with notes of candied fruits & spices; while a rich life adds notes of fresh raspberry, blond tobacco, cinnamon, timut pepper, cardamom, marzipan & dried Iris flowers, that led to an elegant & smokey death with hints of rancio.
