Tasting Notes
"Crisp pears and green apples lead on a nose which also has a strong floral and confectionery quality, along with notes of vanilla pudding, oak, and lemon curd. The palate is soft, showcasing toffee as well as cherry and liqueur filled chocolates. A quick finish offers burnt salted caramel and a sharp astringency with bitter citrus pith."
