G4 Blanco 108

An elegant Agave Spirit by El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico crafted with oven, 2x distilled with a copper pot still, before being bottled additive free at 54% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wet earth, citrus, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of cooked agave, vanilla, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill, lemongrass & peppermint; that led to a long & minerally death of medium length with notes of black pepper, almond & limestone. December 2025 / April 2026

Delicious blanco with notes of cooked agave, peaches, limes, minerals, white pepper, cinnamon, mint, honey, And star anise.

Mineral, whir pepper

Loads of natural agave sweetness up front with a little bit of citrus and mineral water. A little spice on the finish. No where near where one would expect a 108 proof to be. A couple bottles in and this is my favorite single expression from any brand I’ve tried.

So nice and tasty, quite smooth

Nose: fruit, agave, syrup. Palate is a little vegetal, a bit of olive brine, spice, minerals. Nice viscous, oily mouthfeel. Excellent blanco, much better than the regular G4, but doesn't quite reach the heights of Fuenteseca or Fortaleza Still Strength. Looks like there are two entries on here, but I think it's just a label change.
