G4 Reposado Tequila is created by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco. The agave is cooked for approximately 22 hours in stone ovens and crushed using a handmade metal tahona known as “Felipestein.
” Fermentation is carried out using a 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and spring water, and the tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills. The reposado is aged for about 6 months in a combination of very old American whiskey barrels along with some new oak.
