Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon

Intense dry currant/berry flavor, without the sugar added to other cassis brands. Thick, viscous, sweet and tart in the right balance. Beautiful color in a beautifully labeled bottle. Sip it as a cordial or mix it as a Kir or Kir Royale, this will work (as well as in other modern cocktails).

Bought a small bottle while in France. Very true currant flavor and color, tastes amazing.
