Reviewed May 13, 2021 (edited February 8, 2023)Nose: very spicy and rye like on the nose. I do get a little bit of honey but that might just be mind games. Light butteryness there too Palate: rich and spicy initially. The wildflower honey shines through about midway. And a very soft honey-driven ending. Finish: very sweet finish that shows up at the end. Overall: better than I thought it might be! I’d honestly like to taste this at barrel proof but I’m like that with everything. Especially for the $75 price tag I either want higher proof or aged longer. Not a super unique profile honestly and nothing I’d want to buy again but not mad about buying!75.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed March 7, 2021 (edited February 8, 2023)So, to celebrate Friday, a friend and I tried this GB Honey infused bourbon. First taste was easy going: subtle apricot notes with a white chocolate whisp across the tongue. I didn't taste the honey until the second sip, and it remained subtle through the whole 3 oz pour. I didn't find it to be overly sweet. I agree with others on this one, it's an easy drinker and very calming. It had little to no burn, served neat. -
