Nose: Honey, Buttermild Pancake w/blueberry syrup and white chocolate shavings 8.9 Palate: Honey glazed cornbread, cinnamon bun w/mixed berry reduction, butter pecan icecream w/hershey syrup 9.5 Finish: Medium, fig and deep blueberry jam, pecan pie. 9.1 9.17/10

Honey, oak, cognac barrel, caramel.

It takes a while to open up in the glass, ~10-15 min, but once it does, you are greeted with intense honey and sweet flavors. —this was the neck pour, I expect great things as it developes based on its profile development in the glass—

Nose: Toasted almonds, honey Palate: Spicy up front fading into rich caramel and oak Finish: Honey through the end with a maltiness reminding me of a Bit O’ Honey Candy *Really good offering from GB. The nose captivated me from the get go but recommend letting this one sit in the glass for a bit before sipping. It really helped open everything up.

Nice and tasty, much better than last years!
