George Dickel 11 Year Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whisky (Fall 2008)

A really solid sipper at its price

Strong notes of baking spices and pepper on the nose and palate. Really opens up with a few drops of water.

Not sure if it the taste is better than #12 but It has the bite and fullness that is not present in a cheaper whisky.

Chocolate and peanut butter, they're the best flavor combo that exists, and they are the biggest flavors in this whiskey. Super thick and long finish when you let it sit on your tongue. My nose is a little plugged but corn comes through strongest in a dusty way. Mmmmmm, just mmmmmm
