George T. Stagg Bourbon (Fall 2020)

This bottle has been opened for two weeks now. It has definitely improved on the nose and the palate. Less ethanol and more flavors are coming through. The finish is lengthy and builds up wonderfully now. This pour will always be in your face, but in a good way. I love the complexity on the 2020. ‘22 is still the best version in recent years, but this a very good GTS. Cheers!
