Phenomenal. Lots of caramel and chocolate. Some cherry / sour tart after being pointed out. Warm mouth feel, but doesn’t drink like the proof at all.

Nose: Dry raisins/tobacco/Mable syrup/honey/caramel
Palate:Brown sugar/Cinnamon/chocolate/roasted toffee
Finish... lingering notes of Cinnamon and syrup.
This version packs the heat without a doubt feels and tastes like Stagg Jr but with a smooth but yet fast finish. I'm sticking with the 2019 George t Stagg as the better option but its actually splitting hairs. The difference is the heat. Paid secondary price but still worth it.
The nose has caramel, vanilla, and sour fruit with a hint of spicy cologne. Tastes just like it smells. I get a the sour fruit balanced with caramel, vanilla, and spice. Hint of juicy fruit gum? Finish is long but the fruit and vanilla dissipate first. The spice lingers fading into coffee/dark chocolate. This is followed by a nice Kentucky hug. Drinking a bottle that has opened up awhile. Very nice. Worth a splurge to experience this. Cheers!
Such a lovely flavor. The chemical reaction on the palate pulling the moisture is amazing. Smooth. Unique flavor. Wood, sweet, slight tannin. Seems better this time which is the second time I've had it.
