Tart, lemon, apple

Nose hints of caramel, orange peel, apple cider and canola oil. Flavor notes include barley malt, apple, allspice, and bitter chocolate. Some smoke towards the finish. Better with more than a few drops of water added. Worthy of three and a half stars.
