Reviewed January 15, 2022 (edited July 15, 2022)This reminded me why I love discovering Whisky! I was not expecting anything about this one, but the nose charmed me right away! I sensed a little rye note in there… something I was not expecting from a scotch! Butiful caramel, vanilla and dry fruit on the palate. On finale, typical rye spice! I’m wondering where that comes from…. Maybe the barrel! Anyway, it’s a charm! -

Reviewed January 14, 2022 (edited January 27, 2022)Beau parfum de chocolat au lait et de dulce de leche, avec une bonne dose d’orange aussi. Un bois fumé apparaît en deuxième moitié, équilibré par des abricots, du sel et des notes florales. La finale révèle du bois épicé. Le corps est charnu mais jamais trop pour rendre la texture grasse. Excellent scotch pour débuter une soirée.
