Glen Scotia Double Cask Single Malt

Light golden color like weak apple juice. Aroma is alcohol forward but hints of apple and vanilla in the background. A bit hard to piece together, but whatever it is it’s blah. Very alcohol forward with pepper and strong bitter taste. The finish is mainly alcohol again. Alcohol dulls it which is good, but still just not my cup of tea.

Smoky at the front with an oak and perhaps a sharp citrus after taste.

Mikið bragð. Wood bragð. virkilega gott.

Full flavor with a nice burn. Smooth.

Werther's Original on the nose, with a slight bit of caramel apple. With water a coffee note surfaces Some spice on the taste, oak spice, leather. Not a lot going on.
