Tasting Notes
"The aroma is reminiscent of a bakery. Sweet rolls, cinnamon, figs, molasses, and oodles of other confections. The palate is bittersweet, showing both sides of heavy sherry influence. Dried figs, heavily roasted nuts, sticky date cake, and powdery dark malt. The lingering finish rewards the sipper with tannic tea and chimney smoke."
