Love it. Honey on the tongue.

Incredibly smooth (even very first sip!). Nice mouthfeel, finish is orangey, or fruit of some kind. Kind of a ‘tang’ on swallow, with cinnamon? Seaweed, sea salt on nose.

nose is light caramel, some sherry sweet, a bit of smoke, vanilla. Super smooth and easy drinking! a bit of spice finish

Honey and maple syrup on the nose with cereals. Creamy butterscotch notes. Feel the bourbon influence here but it’s really light. Very balanced and refined. Quite the birthday present from my amazing father @gunnarmossberg.

smell: apple. taste: spicey. no peat. sweet. apple. not hollow, not full.
