Richness berry, high pep, red wine, grape , creamy thick wood, complexity , 2.75 smoother than the high pep suggest , buttery red wine, richness of red vine yards, grapes, some acidic at the back of the palate, bitterness and lack any sort of sweetness. It’s like have a glass of wine with a hint of acidic note. What can I say, to date (19.06.2020) the best whisky I have ever drunk. Complex yet very balanced, non-challenging: the substance is that it cannot fail to please. The constant I found is hazelnut chocolate, gianduia type, which accompanies the nose, palate and finish. Then a mixture of honey, caramel, sherry and sticky toffee pudding for those who know it. The finish is infinite, light and sweet, with a pinch of pleasure on the tongue. In short, I found my masterpiece. ______________________________________________________________________________ Che dire, ad oggi (19.06.2020) il miglior whisky che abbia mai bevuto. Complesso eppur molto equilibrato, non inpegnativo: la sostanza è che non può non piacere. La costante che ho trovato è il cioccolato alle nocciole, tipo gianduia, che accompagna naso, palato e finale. Poi un misto di miele, caramello, sherry e sticky toffee pudding per chi lo conosce. Il finale è infinito, leggero e dolce, con un pizzicorio da goduria sulla lingua. Insomma, ho trovato il mio capolavoro.
