      N: light, cereal, a little herbal P: as for the nose, light, cereal, sweet and the slightest salt. F: short, clean, crisp (fruit?) subtle salt.

      Quite light abs fruity. Lots of apple with lemongrass, oat, wheat, nutty with beeswax. Palate is a bit hot, but definitely shows Sauternes oak.
