Tasting Notes
"The nose offers peaches and apricots, along with vanilla and toffee, and golden raisins. The palate showcases a lovely vanilla custard, with savory stewed fruits, waxy honey, toffee, chocolate, and spice, backed by lighter notes of hay and molasses. Finish is long lasting and lusciously smooth, particularly impressive at the proof. Water brings out a drier, spicy side, but still with the sweet vanillin strands."
