Reviewed May 8, 2021This is wonderful. Color is light straw. Berries and light grain on the nose. Not quite grassy, but almost. Lots of nice toasted cereal in the flavor. Spices moments of menthol & mint. Drops of water bring it alive even more. More tropical notes in the finish as it opens. The finish on this is spectacular. -

Reviewed January 17, 2021Wow! Very complex on the way to a sweet but not overbearing finish. Alcohol scent is not pungent. Prefer this over Cake, but like both. Cheddar really brings out a distinct nuttiness while manchego muddles it into a creamy nothingness. -
