Glenmorangie Lasanta Sherry Cask Finish 12 Year

Good, but probably a disappointment for anyone looking for a predominantly Sherry tasting whisky. The nose has notes of both vanilla and oak, and the palate is spicy with cinnamon surfacing. The body is full and oily, and so quite pleasant considering the overall underwhelming experience of this whisky. The finish has a slight but not unpleasant burn. Again, good... But not great.

Smell of smooth sherry and vanilla. Slight sherry taste result from short time in cask. A little sweetness, oily, tough coating and not much burn. A little raisin, sherry and vanilla flavor. Not bad especially if u wan some sherry flavor in your whisky but not those sherey dominant ones.
