Nose: Couldn't feel the sherry at first, but at the second pour, the sherry notes were quite present. (Maybe because it was the first pour, or maybe because my nose wasn't working well idk) Has a strong bourbon note mixed to it as well. Quite floral too
Mouth: Very woody & spicy compared to your average highland single malt, due to the bourbon cask aging, and citrusy, similar to that of the signature Glenmorangie 10Y) that goes along well with the floral notes. Also feels like I'm drinking a cognac+scotch mix due to the very present grape flavors.
Finish: Little tartness to it, silky, and a sweet aftertaste lingers for quite some time.
