Glenmorangie Lasanta Sherry Cask Finish 12 Year

Good all around scotch. Nothing stands out, but nothing bad about this either.

Nose: Huge sherry bomb upfront, followed by some sweet cinnamon notes. I can tell this will be a sweet whiskey. Palate: Sherry, heavy raisin notes right up front. Finish: Does not linger long, some mild burn in the back of the throat. Overall, a very sweet whiskey. For the price, this is definitely a good alternative to macallan 12, if you are a regular macallan drinker.
