This is only a dessert wine if you have no clue what dessert is supposed to taste like. The nose is arguably the most confusing thing I've ever experienced - I can't actually tell what the hell it is, although I know it's somewhat fruity and sweet. Pleasant. The palate is decent at best and the finish has the most unpleasant of burns, which makes the overall experience somewhat unbalanced and contradictory.
Huge dessert wine, French Vanilla, butter, lemon meringue, apricot, floral notes, deep oak spice, sugar sweet, oily mouthfeel, long sweet & spicy finish. An amazingly decedent dram. Love me some Glenmorangie
