Glenmorangie Nectar D'or 12 Year

Upon second tasting, stands a little taller. I really do appreciate experimentation, but the palette is a let down from the nose. The promise of sweet white vino is overwhelmed by the new make. Solidly mediocre.

Smooth, hints of sweetness

A soft inviting nose, great. Fine after that.

I was expecting more fruit on the nose than I found, but there is definite fruit in its taste. Slightly too harsh for my liking.
