non-chill filtered sauvignon blanc & serrion (dessert style wine w/ noble rot: concentrates sugar & acidity) honey nose apricot & tropical flowers white pepper dryness on back end

Sweet like the desert wine that provided the finishing casks. Good with a cheese plate and a smear of honey

Just to sweet for me. Nose was plenty and very wine like. Palate seemed thin and was very very sweet. Honey vanilla and fruits. It just hit me to much like a sweet wine. Finish was quick. Cheers

This one was hard for me. On the nose all I got was the grapes from the white wine. As I put the glass up for my first sip, I started getting the fruit nose. It was sparkly so I can see peach or apricot. On the taste the fruit comes through. The finish has a honey sweetness and oil. There is a little cinnamon spice as well on the tongue. It is an interesting dram but I think best if you like white dessert wines.
