This is the second release of Goslings Papa Seal Single Barrel. It is a blended rum of both pot and column distilled rums aged between 10-21 years in used bourbon barrels (medium char).
The blend is then married in American white oak barrels for 2 additional years. It is filtered and bottled at 83 proof with each bottle bearing the barrel number, bottle number, and bottling date.

"This rum's inviting aroma immediately brings bananas foster to mind—think caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and bananas. On the palate, a silky texture and warming notes of salted caramel and a hint of dried cherries leads, followed by a burst of baking spice—particularly cloves and cinnamon—at the end that lingers and leaves a pleasant tingling sensation.
