Tasting Notes
"The nose is all sweet-corn and a whiff of alcohol, though less than one often expects from unaged whiskey. Like most white dog whiskeys, its flavor is dominated by oily caramel-corn notes, but there's also a bit of chocolate and rock candy to it. In addition, there are some floral notes and even a bit of juicy pear and melon detected on the palate. There's no finish to speak of, but this is surprisingly mellow for white dog. "
