Gray Wolf Solera Rye

Exceeds expectations. Thick, creamy. Peaty.

Peaty barley and VERY young rye notes somehow go ok together. Very earthy, grassy flavors with a strange blend of that peat. Bought at Fells Point Farmers’ market (375 mL for $27)

Well balanced, Smokey with a 60/40 rye/ malted barley blend. Glad I found this in Baltimore.

It’s a great beginner rye, smooth with a nice spice at the end. Sweet for a rye.
